Purpose of the Role
Take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project, participate and ensure proposal, estimation and scope for a project is completed; build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status; manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation; take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients within their domain, service and technology area WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of EyeT Global Software Solutions
Knowledge and Skills required for the Role
Project Management - Project Management fundamentals; Good Knowledge of Project Initiation, Execution and Closure activities; Engagement models with basic financial knowledge;

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with company leadership to create and execute marketing strategies across a variety of channels and media, including driving the upcoming launch of EyeT's Market. Basically this position is dedicated for Marketing that includes not only the typical 4C, SWOT analysis, market segmentation & positioning, but also the action plan making and execution. The quantitative analysis capability is a must to this position. Also, the position requires energetic, cheerful, friendly and helpful attitudes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Advertising specialty industry, wholesale (B2B) industry or any promotional products industry background is highly preferred.
Candidates must have a real passion for marketing software, technology, innovation and new platforms, and have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple activities with limited resources. Candidates will have successfully managed across key marketing areas of company website, lead generation, tradeshows, and sales support for direct and channel sales, ideally in the legal tech space.
Manage EyeT's marketing database and marketing automation roadmap.
Monitor deliverability and work with ISPs and partners like Return Path to maintain a high rate of delivery to inboxes.
Analyze and report on campaign statistics, including revenue, click-through, conversions, etc.
Drive projects to enrich the quality of the marketing database and build systems for EyeT's loyalty, retention, cross-sell, and lead nurturing efforts. You will work cross-functionally with our content and product marketing teams to source email content.
Work with our data science and sales teams to implement scoring models, improve customer segmentation and develop cross-sell lead generation strategies. Enrich customer datasets and measure program performance to improve conversion performance.
Craft strategic plans to optimize email channel performance. Perform regular analysis to identify actionable insights and revenue opportunities.

Bachelor degree or above, with concentration on Economics, Statistics, Math, Business, or related
Excellent skill on Microsoft Office (This is a must)
5 years in an analytical email marketing function.
Experience with email nurture programs and email marketing automation.
Proven track record and passion for applying marketing analytics and technology to solve complex business problems.
Experience with Sales force or similar CRM tool.
Track record of project management experience and cross-functional leadership with marketing and engineering teams.
Keen understanding of the customer journey and experience building programs to communicate differently based on a user's point in that journey.
Marketing Management in the software, technology and/or legal or legal tech space.
Understanding of the legal content and legal and corporate software markets.
5+ years marketing experience with increasing responsibility
5+ years overall software and technology industry experience.
Understanding of e-commerce models and technologies.
Experience running CRM and marketing automation software
Experience with global software vendors, cloud product models
Measurable track record of success growing revenues
Self-disciplined and self-motivated, able to successfully work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communications
Able to manage in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
